Dashain festival in Nepal...
Dashain is the biggest and most important festival in Nepal.
It lasts ten days and today is the day when all over the country ten-thousands of buffalos and hundred-thousands of goats, chicken and ducks are sacrificed to please the goddess Durga/Kali. I personally do not like to witness this mass-slaughter.
The people also worship their tools on this day, that's why all motorcycles and cars are also garlanded today.
